Yes, the vendor is trusted. Everything from the customer support to the doll itself was fantastic! It took about 2 weeks after placing my order before she arrived, and while I was waiting cs was always quick to respond to everything I asked through either the live chat or my email. I’ve had her for over a month now with no complaints. I was worried since this was my first experience, and it was a little weird for me at first, but I can’t deny that she is extremely lifelike and as time goes by I’m loving her more and more!
